Black Global Startups, Inc. (BGS) is a global organization dedicated to empowering Black entrepreneurs through shared learning, co-creation, and economic empowerment.
We exist to ensure that Black founders—across Africa and the global Diaspora—have access to the knowledge, networks, capital, and opportunities needed to build sustainable, globally competitive ventures.
OUR WHY
Black entrepreneurs are building innovative solutions in every region of the world. Yet systemic barriers—limited access to capital, fragmented ecosystems, and geographic silos—continue to restrict scale and opportunity.
BGS was created to address this gap.
We believe Black innovation is global by nature, and that stronger connections between Africa and the Diaspora are essential to unlocking long-term economic empowerment.
