Community is not a side feature of our work. It is the foundation. ![blackglobalstartups-founders-residency-banner-800x800](https://blackglobalstartups.org/hs-fs/hubfs/blackglobalstartups-founders-residency-banner-800x800.png?width=800&height=800&name=blackglobalstartups-founders-residency-banner-800x800.png) ## WHY COMMUNITY MATTERS FOUNDERS THRIVE IN CONNECTION Entrepreneurship can be isolating—especially for Black founders navigating fragmented ecosystems, limited access to capital, and geographic barriers.
